BIOGRAPHY
Eric has entered the field
of illustration in 1995 and began his career as a fine artist following
graduate school at New York University (Studio Art MA 1988). His paintings
and sculptures of buildings and monumental architectural forms fill his
studio where he also creates his illustrations using a variety of materials
including watercolor, mixed media, and found objects. His work has been
exhibited in galleries at home and abroad.
Eric’s work is also inspired
by his travels, particularly to France and Spain.
Recently, Eric who lives
in New York City, became the colony manager of the Brooklyn Bridge cats
that provides cats with a regular food source,
homes for their kittens,
access to spay/neuter clinics.
Two beautiful tame, though
once feral cats, Cutty and Pascal, grace his studio.
